CV of Regina Kraushaar
Regina Kraushaar, born on 7 April 1964 in Dohna, was the managing director of the Saxony regional association of the German Parity Welfare Association from 1999 to 2006. She then held prominent positions in the Saxon Ministry of Social Affairs, the Federal Ministry for Family Affairs and the Federal Ministry of Health. In 2017, she became State Secretary at the Saxon State Ministry for Social Affairs and Consumer Protection. In 2020, she moved to the State Directorate of Saxony as President.
Regina Kraushaar was appointed by Prime Minister Michael Kretschmer on 19 December 2024 as Saxon Minister for Infrastructure and Regional Development.
CV of Sören Trillenberg
Sören Trillenberg has been State Secretary in the Saxon State Ministry for Infrastructure and Regional Development since January 1, 2026. The civil engineer studied at the Zittau/Görlitz University of Applied Sciences and began his professional career in 2001 at Hentschke Bau GmbH in Bautzen, where he held various management positions. From 2013, he worked for LISt (Gesellschaft für Verkehrswesen und ingenieurtechnische Dienstleistungen mbH LISt GmbH) Society for Transportation and Engineering Services, Inc. – initially as division manager and deputy department head, and from 2019 as managing director.
